Located in Apple Valley, MN, we are a group fitness center and personal training gym offering Boot Camp, Kettlebell, Weight Lifting, Yoga, HIIT, Tabata and more! We specialize in meeting members where they are at, regardless of experience or fitness level. We understand that choosing a gym is a very personal, often intimidating experience, and we make it our business to welcome you on day one and increase your confidence to achieve your health and fitness goals! We have created a community of people with one common goal: living their healthiest life. We are the C4 Family.
At C4 Fitness, every class is different every day, and every Trainer has a different personality and approach to teaching, so we always leave you guessing! Every class is designed to be a full-body workout so you don't have to worry about which specific days you are training which specific muscles. We train them all in every class.
Lastly and most importantly, we have FUN in every class. While we will push you outside of your comfort zone physically at times, we will make sure you are having a blast doing it and you will feel amazingly proud when you are done.

Other gyms are owned and run by managers and investors where sales is the bottom line. C4 Fitness is not that gym! Owner, Ashley Gilland, is a Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and believe in setting that very important example for her community. That is the message she hopes to convey to all of her members and the local community.
Our group fitness center draws people from all over the South Metro area because we deliver results! We offer a variety of group fitness classes like Bootcamp, Kettlebell, Lotta Tabata, Yoga, Weightlifting and more.
Our classes are taught by Certified Personal Trainers that have your best interests in mind. When you come to C4, you know you are going to get a great workout. You won’t be wandering around a gym aimlessly, not knowing what to do, or walking the miles endlessly away on a treadmill. Our classes use resistance training, metabolic conditioning, functional training, Tabata, flexibility, and more for optimal results.
